Step 1: Draw the Basic Shapes

Start by drawing a large circle for Spider-Man's head. Then, draw a smaller circle for his chest. For the body, draw a rectangle connected to the chest circle. Add two smaller rectangles for the arms and two ovals for the hands. Finally, draw two rectangles for the legs and two ovals for the feet.

Your drawing should now look like a simple stick figure with a large head and a smaller body.

Step 2: Draw the Face

Inside the head circle, draw two smaller circles for the eyes. Above the eyes, draw a curved line for the eyebrows. Below the eyes, draw a small, curved line for the mouth. Add two small triangles on either side of the head for the ears.

Step 3: Add Details to the Body

To make Spider-Man look like he's swinging through the city, draw lines coming out of the web-shooters and connecting to the hands and feet. You can also draw additional lines coming out of the hands and feet to create the illusion of movement.

Step 5: Add the Finishing Touches

Draw a mask over Spider-Man's face, leaving only the eyes visible. Add details to the mask, such as lines and shapes. Finally, draw a cape flowing behind Spider-Man's back.

  • Start with basic shapes and build up to more complex forms.
  • Use light, smooth strokes when drawing. Heavy pressure can make it difficult to erase mistakes.
  • Take your time. There's no rush to finish the drawing. Enjoy the process!
  • Don't be afraid to make mistakes. They're a natural part of the learning process.
