Our dataset to share is comprised of detailed information from nearly 200 stroke patients, including demographic details (age, gender), various brain imaging modalities (T1, DWI, FLAIR), disconnectivity maps, and neuropsychological scores (covering motor, cognitive, and emotional outcomes).
Your challenge? Develop a model to predict neuropsychological scores, test its generalizability on a set of 50 out-of-sample patients, and climb the leaderboard.
The best part? All methods are welcome. What matters is the overall average R^2 score across all neuropsychological domains from your out-of-sample predictions.
