Our Story
Daybreak opened because we wanted a place in the neighbourhood where the coffee was genuinely great and the pastries were actually made here — not trucked in overnight. We partner with a local roaster we trust, and our bakers start before the sun's up so everything in the case is fresh when the doors open. We're neighbours serving neighbours, and that's the whole idea.
