How long does a typical kitchen remodel take?

Most full kitchen remodels run 5-8 weeks depending on scope and material lead times; we give you a firm schedule at the Plan stage before demo starts.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — Granite Ridge Contracting is a fully licensed general contractor carrying liability insurance, and we can provide documentation with your estimate.

Do you handle permits?

Yes, we pull all required permits and schedule inspections as part of every project — it's included in our process, not an add-on.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the greater metro area and surrounding counties. Ask us during your estimate if you're just outside that radius — we often can still help.

How do change orders work?

We price the scope during Plan, before Build starts, so change orders are rare. If something comes up, we explain it and get your sign-off before any work or cost proceeds.
