We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve you as a valued client. We are excited about Stratus and the future, and yet we are also aware that change can be challenging. Specifically, we have been listening carefully to you regarding our transition from Municipal Enterprise to Stratus. Your feedback has been very important to us as we strive for excellence in every area of our relationship with you.

 

Here is an overview of our updated Municipal release schedule.

 

2025-2026 Enterprise Municipal Software

- Release Date: December 1, 2025.

- 7 States Included: Georgia, Alabama, North Dakota, New Jersey, Louisiana, New York, and South Carolina.

- Final Sunset Date: June 30, 2026. After this date, forms will no longer be updated in Enterprise. 

- States Not Included:

- Illinois & Florida: Filings are due after the June 30 sunset deadline.

- Kentucky: All 2026 filings (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, and Annual) will be filed in Stratus. We want to avoid splitting filing years between two platforms.


Stratus Municipal Software

- 2025 Tax Filings

- Currently Available: Kentucky, Florida, and Louisiana.

- November 2025: Illinois.

- December 2025: Georgia and Alabama.

- January 2026: New Jersey, New York Fire, North Dakota Fire, and South Carolina.

- Clients will not be required to use 2025 Stratus Municipal Pro to complete 2025 filings for the 7 states available in 2025-2026 Enterprise Municipal.

- 2026 Tax Filings

- March 2026: Kentucky 2026 Q1 (required).

- Stratus Municipal Pro is required for all 2026 municipal filings.

Your Transition – From Enterprise Municipal to Stratus Municipal Pro

- You can transition to Stratus Municipal Pro at any point, when you consider the product is ready for your use. Early transition is recommended.

- You can expect a Municipal Stratus vs Enterprise feature comparison as well as a feature release schedule by October 31, 2025. Use this resource to help determine the right time for your company to transition to each state in Stratus Municipal Pro.

- Stratus Municipal Pro will be required for all 2026 municipal filings occurring after June 30, 2026.

 

Your Guide to Our Progress – Release Notes

- Release notes are now provided with all Stratus Municipal Pro updates.

- Access them anytime via the Help icon (upper right corner of the toolbar).

 

Our Commitment to You – Quality Assurance and Product Excellence

- We have expanded pre-release validation and quality assurance testing for all releases.

- Leadership Addition - We have transitioned Selena Thompson from Tax Services Manager to Municipal Product Manager. Selena has been with TriTech for over 10 years, and her deep experience in our Municipal product, as well as her 3 years of Tax Services leadership, will immediately strengthen our delivery execution and product support.

- Our Team Goes First - Our TriTech Services Team is actively transitioning to Stratus Municipal Pro so we can gain firsthand insight and ensure your journey is smoother, faster, and fully supported.

- By the time all states in Stratus Municipal Pro are required for clients, our Services team will have already prepared Municipal filings in Stratus for all available states.
