We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve you as a valued client. We are excited about Stratus and the future, and yet we are also aware that change can be challenging. Specifically, we have been listening carefully to you regarding our transition from Premium Pro Enterprise to Stratus. Your feedback has been very important to us as we strive for excellence in every area of our relationship with you.


Here is an update on our Premium Pro transition.

Premium Pro Enterprise Extended

We have extended the Premium Pro Enterprise software and product support sunset date from June 30, 2026, to December 31, 2026 – six months longer than originally planned.  We've added resources so we can better support you across all our products and platforms – because your experience matters to us.


What this means for you:

- You can complete all 2025 annual tax filings in Premium Pro Enterprise if you choose.

- You may also file all 2026 estimates in Premium Pro Enterprise if you prefer.

- Stratus will be required only for 2026 annual returns.

Your Transition – From Enterprise Premium Pro to Stratus Premium Pro

- You can transition to Stratus Premium Pro at any point, when you consider the product is ready for your use. Early transition is recommended.

- You can expect a Stratus vs Enterprise feature comparison as well as feature release schedule by October 31, 2025. Use this resource to help determine the right time to transition to Stratus Premium Pro.

- Historical Enterprise data for the migration to Stratus Premium Pro will be available at the point you are ready to transition to Stratus Premium Pro next year, based on the following timeline:

- Tax Year 2023 will be available by the end of 2025.

- Tax Year 2024 is available now.

- Tax Year 2025 is being completed as follows:

- Estimates filed between January and June 2025 are available now.

- Estimates filed between July and December 2025 will be available in Q1 2026.

- Annuals for 2025, filed in Q1 and Q2 2026, will be available in Q3 2026.

- Tax Year 2026 estimates will be available as early as Q3 2026.

- Stratus Premium Pro will be required beginning in 2027, for 2026 annual returns and 2027 estimates.

Your Guide to Our Progress – Release Notes

- Release notes are now provided with all Stratus Premium Pro updates.

- Access them anytime via the Help icon (upper right corner of the toolbar).

 

Our Commitment to You – Quality Assurance and Product Excellence

- We have expanded pre-release validation and quality assurance testing for all releases.

- Leadership Addition - We have added Hayden Mauthe as our new product assistant manager for Stratus Premium Pro. While Hayden is new to TriTech, his leadership experience and organizational skills will strengthen our delivery execution and excellence as we move forward.

- Our Team Goes First - Our TriTech Services Team is actively transitioning to Stratus Premium Pro so we can gain firsthand insight and ensure your journey is smoother, faster, and fully supported.  

- By the time Stratus Premium Pro is required for clients, the TriTech Services team will have already prepared 2025 annuals and most of the 2026 estimates in Stratus Premium Pro.
