What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

Because of the additional logistical requirements of a park, we require a minimum order to set up at parks. (The minimum order varies from $500-$2,000 depending on event day of the week, please call the office to inquire regarding your specific event date.) Also, please note that most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you may need to rent a generator. It is the customer's responsibility to find out if a generator is needed. We rent generators at a reasonable cost with a full tank of gas included. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.

Do you charge a cleaning fee?

No, we expect an average amount of debris with each rental and view the cleanup process as our responsibility. However, if a bounce house is returned with an unreasonable amount of debris there will be a $50/man hour cleaning fee. By unreasonable we mean anything that would take an excessive amount of time to clean (melted popsicles, excessive amounts of water, spilled sodas etc.)

Does the price include set up and delivery?

Unless otherwise noted in the product description, the price listed will include setup. Tables and chairs will be delivered in stacks, but can be set up for an additional fee. Order minimums and travel fees do apply depending on distance from our warehouse in Mansfield. Inflatables such as bounce house, combos and waterslides must be delivered and set up by our crew. Customer pickup is offered for tables, chairs, concessions, and selected interactive games, and is a great option for small orders that don�t meet order minimum for delivery to a particular area.
