I was trying to update to the latest Navigation and Software Update (April 2025) on my USA 2024 Kia K5 GT.

Two weeks ago, I decided to see if there was any further update or correction to the download, and after going through all the preliminary clicks, was (and two weeks later still am) confronted with an apology message saying "Navigation Updates are Temporarily Unavailable.
