Down Zero is a scorekeeping app for practical shooting training. This policy is short because the app's data practices are short: everything you enter stays on your device.
Down Zero is made by Krumble Labs, the name under which an independent developer based in Peru publishes this app. For anything in this policy, including any request about your data, write to krumblelabs@proton.me.
None. Down Zero has no user accounts. The app makes no network requests and transmits nothing to us or to anyone else.
The app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no crash reporting. It includes no third-party software that gathers information about you.
The app requests no device permissions. It does not ask for your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photos, and it cannot read them.
Everything you enter — shooter names, stages, passes, scores, times, championships, and settings — is stored in a local database on your device only. We never see it and cannot access it.
The app has no export or sharing feature. It provides no way to send your data anywhere, to us or to anyone else.
We collect nothing through the app, but Apple and Google report some things to us as the app's publisher:
None of this includes the scores, names, or training data you enter. That never leaves your device.
Your data lives only on your device, so you decide how long it is kept. Deleting entries in the app removes them, and uninstalling the app removes everything. There is no copy anywhere else to delete, and no backup we can restore for you.
Peruvian law — Ley N.º 29733, Ley de Protección de Datos Personales, and its regulation approved by Decreto Supremo N.º 016-2024-JUS — gives you rights over your personal data: to know what is held, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to its processing. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you equivalent rights, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability.
These rights are satisfied by the way the app is built rather than by a process you have to ask us for: we hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or erase. You already hold the only copy, and the app lets you read, change, and delete it at any time.
If you believe otherwise, write to us at the address above. In Peru you may also complain to the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales (ANPD); in the European Union or the United Kingdom, to your national data protection authority.
Down Zero is intended for adults participating in shooting sports and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly hold data about anyone, including children, because we hold no data at all.
Your data is protected by your device: its passcode, its encryption, and whatever backup you have configured with Apple or Google. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no server of ours to breach. Keeping your device secure is what keeps your training data secure.
This policy is published in English and Spanish. Where the two texts differ, the Spanish text governs. The Spanish version is at privacy-policy.es.html.
If a future version of the app ever changes these practices (for example, by adding cloud sync, analytics, or accounts), this policy will be updated and published before that version is released, with the effective date above revised.
