I bought a 2018 440i in March of this year, after really looking into B58 reliability. I had heard about the N54 issues back in the day, and I wanted to be sure things have improved in the BMW I6 Turbo engines. Everything I read indicates the B58 is absolutely rock solid as long as they are properly maintained.
