On 6. 14. 21 cms was supposed to have someone come out to disconnect my washer/dryer and dismount 2 tv's from the wall. The person assigned to my move was unable to make the appointment on 6. 14. 21 and asked if we could reschedule for 6. 15. 21 early morning to come out. I expressed my concern, as that is the same day as i was supposed to be loaded. I agreed to reschedule. The person assigned to my move showed up between the hours agreed and did successfully disconnect the washer/dryer, however, they refused to take the wall mounts down for our t.
