Represents all possible Heartbeat actions:

[GRACEFUL_STOP] - End time of LIVE playback reached.
[CONTINUE] - Continue heartbeat flow.
[ABORT_ROAMING] - Abort playback when roaming check precondition failure is signalled.
[ABORT_NOT_ENTITLED] - Abort playback when entitlement check precondition failure is signalled.
[ABORT_BLACKOUT] - Abort playback when blackout is signalled.
