Sets the BrightcoveDataCollectionConfig that enables Brightcove Data Collection API v2 reporting. When set, the builder will create a DefaultBrightcoveDataCollectionAdapter and automatically start the session once the player is built.
Brightcove requires clients using a third-party player to report playback data to the Brightcove Data Collection API v2.
