AdBreakExposureTracker

Terminal AdEventListener that measures how much of each ad break is actually watched, across single ads and multi-ad pods.

It only observes: it registers via com.quickplay.vstb7.player.ad.AdComposedPlayer.registerAdListener alongside analytics providers and forwards nothing downstream. A break that is skipped never starts, so nothing is measured for it and no suppression state needs tracking here.

This tracker never decides whether a break may play. The opportunity decision belongs to AFCPlaybackSessionManager.evaluateOpportunity, before the break commits.
