Drivers have proposed quite a number of fixes over the years, but in my opinion, they ignore the basic problem. Basic problem. All Z3 models suffer from a glove box door that sags when fully closed.

The issue is the weak support brace that holds the latch. This brace simply installs behind the factory brace, attaches using factory screws and supports the latch in the proper position so the glove box door does not sag when closed. Install requires removal of the glove box itself.
