Rain: If there is a 50% or greater chance of rain during your event, you can reschedule, receive a credit for up to one year, or get a refund if you cancel before 7:00 am on the event day. If the forecast predicts scattered showers or less than a 50% chance of rain, we recommend proceeding with your scheduled delivery. For continuous rain forecasts, we advise you to cancel or reschedule. Wind: Inflatables cannot be used in winds exceeding 20 mph (15 mph for some items). If high winds are forecasted, we will call to cancel, and you can reschedule, receive a credit valid for one year, or get a refund. Cancellations must be confirmed before 7:00 am on the event day. Temperature: Inflatables are suitable for various temperatures, but if the temperature is expected to fall below 32 degrees during your event, we will call on the morning of the event to cancel or reschedule. You can reschedule, receive a credit for up to one year, or get a refund if you cancel before 7:00 am on the event day. For temperatures above 32 degrees, we recommend proceeding as planned since children's activity will keep them warm. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations due to temperatures above 32 degrees. Cancellations Due to Weather: Cancellations are determined on the morning of your event before delivery. If you decide to cancel due to poor weather, your deposit will be refunded if you cancel by 7:00 am. Once the delivery truck leaves the warehouse, you are responsible for full payment with no exceptions.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
