Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Measure and Cut the Wood
Begin by measuring and cutting your wooden boards according to the following dimensions:

5. Build the Clamp Holders
Attach the 2" clamp holders to the inside of the support using 1/4" x 1/2" wood screws. These will hold your clamps in place, allowing you to adjust the height of your monitor or laptop.
6. Install the Clamps and Bolts
Attach the wood clamps to the clamp holders using 1" x 1/4" bolts, fender washers, and wing nuts. This will allow you to easily adjust the height of your display.
7. Sand and Finish
Sand any rough edges or surfaces using 120-grit sandpaper. If desired, stain or paint your stand to match your workspace decor. Allow the finish to dry completely before using your new DIY table rod stand with clamps.
