First things first, carefully unbox your Uppland sofa. You'll find the following components:

Frame pieces
Backrest and seat cushions
Legs and gliders
Hardware (bolts, washers, and Allen key)

Assembling the Frame

Find the two longest frame pieces (A) and the two shorter ones (B). These will form the base of your sofa.

Align pieces A and B as shown in the diagram below. Secure them together using the provided bolts, washers, and Allen key. Tighten until snug.

Attach the legs (C) to the bottom of the frame using the provided hardware. Ensure they are facing the correct direction.

Slide the gliders (D) onto the legs. These will protect your floor and make moving your sofa a breeze.

Adding the Backrest and Seat Cushions

The final step is to add the cushions that make your Uppland sofa so inviting. Let's do it!

Place the assembled frame on its back. Carefully position the backrest cushion (E) on the frame, ensuring it's centered.

Using the rubber mallet, gently tap the edges of the backrest cushion to ensure it's securely in place.

Repeat the process with the seat cushions (F), placing them on top of the frame.
