These are ex-convicts: murderers, rapists, and thieves. Having been pardoned by Putin, they again live among us. Our documentary features the stories of two mothers. At first, they spent years trying to find the murderers of their children and now they demand a just punishment for the criminals who were suddenly granted freedom and money by the Russian state.
