But, like, I dont think humans are totally gonna disappear, no way. And, and this is just me spitballing, maybe well see more personalized support.
So yeah, AI, AR, personalization... its all pointing to a tech support future thats faster, more efficient, and hopefully, less painful. But dont worry, humans, youll still have a job (probably!) Just maybe a slightly different one.
