On Monday 27/09 the bathroom was presented to us. I bet he's still cheaper than B&Q I got a kitchen quote out of interest, the kitchen was a reasonable price, the fitting was ridiculous IIRC £7k I expect to fit it with my carpenter within 2 days. Yes, I had a bathroom installed by B&Q, and it was the best decision.

Highly recommend their service for a hassle. B&q came to measure up and said it would be fine but they would do another measure just before fitting just incase. This didn't happen.

Gots to fitting and the bathroom didn't fit. The job was so poor that they actually ended up tearing it all out and refitting it, but managed to knock all the plaster off my bedroom wall in the process. What's the general consensus on using B&Q products and fitters for a new bathroom refit? We had a good design experience so far, price it alright and the fitters are contracted by B&Q rather then direct to us.

It's their Rossini suite. I've had a look at one on display, and it all seemed fairly sturdy & reasonably well built (despite the fact it was obviously fitted by monkeys) but I don't know what I'm looking for really so wanted an opinion from.
