Ive spent many, MANY hours trying to resolve the problems downloading data from my accounts at Fidelity Investments into my Quicken account.
I have a new Fidelity Visa Signature Rewards card and I can't figure out how to add it to Quicken.

Fidelity - Investments & Retirement Accounts for QWin is to be used for downloading the Fidelity Visa Card transactions, onlyand it works well for this credit card.

Quicken is yet again having download connection issues. This time with Fidelity which will not download any transactions.

Also note that Fidelity NetBenefits, while owned by Fidelity, is a separate Financial Institution in Q ... and needs to be setup with the proper name. You can't get to NB accounts using "Fidelity Investments" as the name.
By now the Fidelity transaction downloading problems are legendary. Random accounts will miss an entire month's worth of transactions and manually entering them might be too much work. I've discovered a work around - assuming this is a one time problem associated with reauthorizing the accounts.
