9 wildfires burn across San Diego County-I won't forget this time which started for us with the first fire before these 9. It happened the day before, May 13th, and required us to evacuate all (some mine) the horses out of Albert Court to Del Mar Fairgrounds. Heather and I also had to get Samba, and her three and a half-day old filly out of Tish Quirk's place. Very scary, and yet, I witnessed great charity on part of many individuals. ~Ali Sellers
