I didn't understand where to put my attention. What do you mean by having my attention on my body?


The focus of your attention in this meditation is the sensations in your body. It could be a particular sensation, pleasant or unpleasant, or just general awareness of the feeling of your body. You can allow your attention to be drawn to a sensation in your body that's particularly strong, or you can scan your body to find something to focus on. You don't have to maintain focus of one location. You may find your attention drawn to different places at different time. You can also simply sense your body as a whole.


Awareness of your body is an easy focus. The main thing is that you are aware of the feelings in your body.
