SCOPE AND CONTENTS
The appointment and election records include oaths of office, revocations, and the 1851 ordination of Baptist minister Henry Greehis. The church volume records incorporations, trustee and deacon elections and appointments, bylaws, and minister ordinations. Also includes the 1868 articles of incorporation of the Ramsey County Agricultural Society and a park plat book (1887-1895) including plans for parks in the cities of St. Paul and West St. Paul.

| Distinguished landscape architect Horace W. S. Cleveland promoted the purchase of land in the city to protect against unregulated quarrying and development. This atlas was developed by Joseph Wheelock and the Parks Commission as a result of Cleveland's influence. It contains large hand drawn and colored maps, all of which are signed by the president and secretary of the Parks Commission. All parks were located in Saint Paul or West Saint Paul. Not all of the parks were built. | |||||||||||
