The Recycle Bin , available to File Commander Premium users, provides desktop-style file recovery options. Any files or folders removed by selecting Delete from their contextual menu can be found and restored from the Recycle Bin. Please note that this functionality only works for files in your Internal Storage.
The bar across the top lets you perform a number of actions:

Search allows you to find files and folders within the current directory. |

View toggles between a list or tiled (thumbnail) display. |

Sort by name, size, type, and date modified. |

Filter by shows all files or just pictures, music, or videos. |

Empty permanently deletes all files/folders in your Recycle Bin. Files/folders emptied from the recycle bin are not recoverable! |

Restore returns all items from your Recycle Bin to their original locations. |
