Imagine your team has done everything that was required. They're happy. At the same time the client is angry because the work is incomplete. Or picture this: you're approching the project launch, everything's implemented but just before go-live it turns out that there's still loads of work with configuring, deploying and securing the application. The launch gets delayed.
Say "hi" to poor, assumed or undefined definition of done - source of many miserable failures. At a glance definition of done (dod) seems a small part of the process. You may think "i know done when i see done". It's not that obcious in real life.

14. Sprint Burndown Chart
As a leader who serves an entire team, scrum masters are expected to be acquainted with the diverse parts and tools of the scrum framework, including sprint planning, backlog management, burndown chart creation and other pertinent tools.
Moreover, you must collaborate with the team and be a top-notch communicator between team members and relevant stakeholders. As a certified scrum master, you will be well-equipped to manage these tasks and responsibilities and foster the success of projects effectively.

A scrum certification highlights that a person is dedicated and hardworking, and is committed to continuous learning and improvement. It is a reflection of the certificate holder’s expertise in helping others and meeting goals. On a more granular level, the certification can help people discover and become familiar with concepts like product backlog, sprint backlog and burndown charts – elements that are common across businesses and industries. A scrum certification can also boost personal communication skills, as it forces people to regularly produce and share relevant reports, deadlines and calendars with their team. These exchanges demand clarity, timeliness and emotional intelligence, which are core soft skills that contribute to the collective success of a team.
18. Role of Product Manager
The role of the product owner in a scrum team is just like a conductor guiding a symphony orchestra. They’re responsible for making sure everything goes smoothly and that everyone is working together to produce great results. In order for them to do this, they need three key elements:
a hiring manager lays out the following scenario in an interview: you manage a team of project managers and business analysts. They are all assigned different projects, but you come to realize they all intersect at one business application. All teams conduct their meetings throughout the project to ensure it's going according to the project charter or their sprint goals. Some are using status meetings, and others are running daily scrums. How do you ensure synchronization among the teams and that an accidental change does not compromise the business application? that there are no impacts or impediments to a smooth delivery? what is your approach?.
Scrum is likely to be successfully implemented in small teams with up to 9-12 dedicated employees. It’s much more difficult to use this approach for larger teams: it requires implementation of other scrum models (e. G. Scrum-of-scrums) or scaling, which can also be challenging. One more important thing: if some of the team members are not committed enough to the work they are doing, the project is likely to fail.
