After using a vaping mod for quite some time, he concurs that the nicotine in his device did not impair his overall performance in the slightest. The film is directed by emma hatherley for bbc two and is an excellent piece for those who are thrilled by quality productions, reliable research, and interesting conclusions.
A billion lives documentary first aired in 2016. Aaron biebert, who is also the narrator, directed it. The documentary is an eye-opener to the general public about the role of government, pharmaceutical companies, and some public health officials in creating a negative perception of vaping as a way of protecting and promoting smoking and the tobacco industry. The film has two main parts. The first part focuses on the tobacco industry’s threat, including the projected deaths of a billion people because of tobacco-related problems like cancer. It exposes the dirty underbelly of an industry whose primary goal is profits at the expense of the health and lives of smokers.

The big vape broken netflix documentary is probably the first of what you could call mainstream documentaries taking a look at the world of vaping. We have of course had the awesome and multi-award winning a billion lives – which i reviewed – and i guess director aaron biebert might be a bit miffed i’m not classing that as mainstream. However, to some extent that was an independent film backed up by a lot of donations from the vape community – as is, i understand, the soon to be released and much anticipated follow up. By appearing on netflix and as part of the trio of documentaries under the broken banner, then big vape is most definitely mainstream.
