Delete Your Data

Pet Pass stores your pets' passports, photos, stamps and preferences only on your device. There is no account and nothing stored on our servers, so there is no cloud data to request.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Pet Pass.
On the Home screen, tap your initial in the top corner to open Me.
Tap Erase all records.
Tap Erase everything to confirm.

This permanently removes every pet, passport, stamp, album photo and preference from the device. It can't be undone.

Uninstall the app

Deleting Pet Pass from your phone also removes all of its data. If you use the web version, clearing the site data for this page in your browser does the same.

Diplomatic Status

Erasing your data doesn't cancel or refund Diplomatic Status. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored anytime with Me › Restore purchase.

Advertising data

The free version uses Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data (see the privacy policy). You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings, and manage data Google holds at myaccount.google.com.
