The maintenance action. Valid values: Stop, AutoRecover and AutoRedeploy.

• Stop : stops the instance.

• AutoRecover : automatically recovers the instance.

• AutoRedeploy : fails the instance over, which may cause damage to the data disks attached to the instance.
