Parameters

value

The AWS KMS key identifier for encryption of Performance Insights data. The AWS KMS key identifier is the key ARN, key ID, alias ARN, or alias name for the KMS key. If you don't specify a value for `PerformanceInsightsKMSKeyId`, then Amazon RDS uses your default KMS key. There is a default KMS key for your AWS-account. Your AWS-account has a different default KMS key for each AWS-Region. Valid for Cluster Type: Multi-AZ DB clusters only
