An Azure Cosmos DB SQL Role Definition. Uses Azure REST API version 2023-04-15. In version 1.x of the Azure Native provider, it used API version 2021-03-01-preview. Other available API versions: 2023-09-15, 2023-09-15-preview, 2023-11-15, 2023-11-15-preview, 2024-02-15-preview, 2024-05-15, 2024-05-15-preview, 2024-08-15, 2024-09-01-preview, 2024-11-15, 2024-12-01-preview.

This will allow application of this Role Definition on the entire database account or any underlying Database / Collection. Must have at least one element. Scopes higher than Database account are not enforceable as assignable Scopes. Note that resources referenced in assignable Scopes need not exist.
