If the denySetting mode is set to 'denyWriteAndDelete', then the following actions are automatically appended to 'excludedActions': '*\/read' and 'Microsoft.Authorization/locks/delete'. If the denySetting mode is set to 'denyDelete', then the following actions are automatically appended to 'excludedActions': 'Microsoft.Authorization/locks/delete'. Duplicate actions will be removed.
