Account
Cognitive Services account is an Azure resource representing the provisioned account, it's type, location and SKU. Uses Azure REST API version 2024-10-01. In version 2.x of the Azure Native provider, it used API version 2023-05-01. Other available API versions: 2023-05-01, 2023-10-01-preview, 2024-04-01-preview, 2024-06-01-preview, 2025-04-01-preview. These can be accessed by generating a local SDK package using the CLI command pulumi package add azure-native cognitiveservices [ApiVersion]
