Gets properties of an outbound endpoint for a DNS resolver. Uses Azure REST API version 2023-07-01-preview. Other available API versions: 2020-04-01-preview, 2022-07-01. These can be accessed by generating a local SDK package using the CLI command pulumi package add azure-native dnsresolver [ApiVersion]. See the ../../../version-guide/#accessing-any-api-version-via-local-packages for details.
