Gets the properties of an Azure Video Indexer account. Uses Azure REST API version 2024-01-01. Other available API versions: 2022-08-01, 2024-04-01-preview, 2024-06-01-preview, 2024-09-23-preview, 2025-01-01, 2025-03-01. These can be accessed by generating a local SDK package using the CLI command pulumi package add azure-native videoindexer [ApiVersion]. See the ../../../version-guide/#accessing-any-api-version-via-local-packages for details.
