An Azure Cosmos DB Cassandra table. Uses Azure REST API version 2016-03-31. Other available API versions: 2015-04-01, 2015-04-08, 2015-11-06, 2016-03-19. These can be accessed by generating a local SDK package using the CLI command pulumi package add azure-native cosmosdb [ApiVersion].
