The request to update subscriptions needed to be monitored by the Datadog monitor resource. Uses Azure REST API version 2023-10-20. In version 2.x of the Azure Native provider, it used API version 2023-01-01. Other available API versions: 2023-01-01, 2023-07-07. These can be accessed by generating a local SDK package using the CLI command pulumi package add azure-native datadog [ApiVersion].
