Gets the specified NSP association by name. Uses Azure REST API version 2023-08-01-preview. Other available API versions: 2021-02-01-preview, 2023-07-01-preview. These can be accessed by generating a local SDK package using the CLI command pulumi package add azure-native network [ApiVersion].
