Any read or query can specify a readTime within this window, and will read the state of the database at that time. If the PITR feature is enabled, the retention period is 7 days. Otherwise, the retention period is 1 hour. A duration in seconds with up to nine fractional digits, ending with 's'. Example: "3.5s".
