Import
ParameterVersion can be imported using any of these accepted formats:
projects/{{project}}/locations/global/parameters/{{parameter_id}}/versions/{{parameter_version_id}}
When using thepulumi import
command, ParameterVersion can be imported using one of the formats above. For example:

Properties
The time at which the Parameter Version was created.
The resource name of the Cloud KMS CryptoKeyVersion used to decrypt parameter version payload. Format projects/{{project}}/locations/global/keyRings/{{key_ring}}/cryptoKeys/{{crypto_key}}/cryptoKeyVersions/{{crypto_key_version}}
The Parameter data. Note: This property is sensitive and will not be displayed in the plan.
Version ID of the Parameter Version Resource. This must be unique within the Parameter.
The time at which the Parameter Version was updated.
