Examples: https://www.googleapis.com/compute/v1/projects/[project_id]/locations/[dataproc_region]/autoscalingPolicies/[policy_id] projects/[project_id]/locations/[dataproc_region]/autoscalingPolicies/[policy_id]Note that the policy must be in the same project and Dataproc region.
