Unmanaged attributes are user attributes not explicitly defined in the user profile configuration. By default, unmanaged attributes are not enabled. Value could be one of DISABLED, ENABLED, ADMIN_EDIT or ADMIN_VIEW. If value is not specified it means DISABLED
