Ural Avia is a Russian company specialising in helicopter parts and servicing. In March 2021 it sold MI-17 helicopter parts to a Burmese military crony company Dynasty International. MI-17 helicopters are used by the Burmese military.

Military leader Min Aung Hlaing visited their factory in June 2025.
