JUBA – South Sudan’s former minister of defense and senior presidential advisor Kuol Manyang Juuk has admitted to failure of the government to deliver services to the people saying the government has killed and failed citizens.

Manyang who once served as the governor of the country’s Jonglei state was speaking during the swearing in ceremony of Jonglei’s State executive last week where he expressed frustration for their failure to deliver services to the citizens since the time of 2005 CPA.

“Since July 2005, when the government of Southern Sudan was formed, what have we done? We didn’t build schools, we didn’t build good houses for our people, we didn’t construct roads and hospitals,” Manyang said.

Juuk added that the government has also failed to address challenges that are facing its citizens.

“We have destroyed the government by ourselves. When we fought the Sudan’s government for 22 years, it was for us to become an independent country so that we can do what the government of Sudan was unable to do for us,” Juuk said.

He criticized the regime for what he described as failure to reconstruct what was destroyed by war during the liberation struggle and for destroying what was left during the 15 December conflict.

“We killed ourselves, we hate ourselves and this is a challenge that we have now made. I am not going to congratulate you (State Executives) until you prosper in providing services to the people you are serving,” he added.

South Sudan is struggling to increase production of crude oil, months after the signing of the peace deal in September 2018.

Currently it pumps about 175,000 barrels per day of crude oil.

The country depends heavily on oil revenue to finance its fiscal budget, but oil production was disrupted following the outbreak of conflict in December 2013.

The oil-rich nation in January earned 14.2 million U.S. dollars in non-oil revenue for the first time under the non-oil revenue mobilization and accountability project supported by the African Development Bank (AfDB).

“Ex-defense minister Kuol Manyang says gov’t killed, failed citizens”

Mr. Kuol Manyang is telling the truth, but he, Mr. Salva Kiir And Mr. other bunch of lowly advisors must be blamed for this. And bunch of lowly informed and South Sudanese citizenry must own the war created in 15/12/2013 in Juba. Mr. Kuol Manyang was ‘even cheering the UN and NGOs’ present in here in state of Jonglei, when he was a governor. before he was called by Mr. Salva Kiir to be ‘ the defense of South Sudan’.

Mr. David Yau Yau was armed and supplied with munitions by *UNMISS and the UN* of *Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Nepalese, Sri Lankans, South Koreans mercenaries* from the evil English criminals from posing as *training for their special forces* in ‘tropics’ in central Kenyan towns of Kenya *Nanyuki and Laikipia*.

Mr. Kuol Manyang should just our so-called *Twic East low lives of Ms. Rebecca Nyandeng, her ugly son, Fake PhD doctor of Mr. Majak Agoot, Mr. Aduok Nyabe, Mr. Pagan Amuom, Uyai deng Ajak, Mr. Riek Machar, Mr. Thomas Cirillo and other bunch of low lives I failed to mention above* bring *the evil white Americans, English people, their cloned so-called Arabs of North Sudan, Abeshas (so-called ethiopians) prostitutes, some their Bantuses, their evil juus (so-called israelis) attack dogs, their gulf Arabs states’ financiers, their UN, their sleazy NGOs, Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Nepalese or Sri Lankans into our country and over our people ever ever again, in the name of ‘REBUILDING SOUTH SUDAN’. And that South Sudanese would ‘be as good as dead’. Reasons, pure HATRED and RACISM.>>>

Some of you Jang were even siding Arabs or Khartoum gov’t because of hand to mouth benefits without joining the struggle till your your greedy men like John Garang de Mabior and uneducated leader Salva Kiir Mayardiit that was appointed without expectation or without benefit to our people.
