JUBA – South Sudan’s former presidential advisor for military affairs Daniel Awet Akot is urging President Salva Kiir Mayardit to step down and hand over leadership to presidential minister Nhial Deng Nhial.

Speaking during a meeting of the Jieng Council of elders on Sunday, Awet said President Salva Kiir is mentally incapacitated and does not have the capacity to serve citizens of the world’s youngest country.

“When we call for the leadership meetings, we discuss nothing about development, about the vision of the SPLM. We discuss nothing about how to move this country forward. We discuss only our own affairs. We are always quarrelling and on our necks about small issues,” Akot said, according to Sudan Tribune.

“People look at us as the cause of their problem. Yes, we are the problem, and which is what I have always said that if we are the problem, let all of us step down, including comrade Salva and let someone with energy like Nhial Deng take over”.

The senior SPLM member further accused some unnamed junior officers in the SPLM and the army of sabotaging and undermining the efforts of senior party members.

“I have always reiterated in our SPLM PB [Political Bureau] meetings that we are mentally incapacitated and exhausted; Let’s hand over the remaining part of our vision to Nhial Deng to clean our image internationally,” he said.

It is not clear why one of the most loyal friends of the president is calling for end to his leadership. However, senior members of the group have in recent days grown hostile to the president with senior presidential advisor Kuol Manyang Juuk saying the government has failed to serve the people.

“Instead of reconstructing what was left by the war, we are destroying what was left by the war,” Juuk last week during the swearing ceremony of the newly reconstituted Jonglei state government.

    Wow!
Unless the media are faking these statements as they sometimes do, it sounds like there is still hope in South Sudan of admitting the truth if these statements are indeed true.

“Ex-presidential advisor Daniel Awet Akot tells Kiir to step down”

Daniel Awet Akot is not a lowly life to tell Mr. Salva Kiir to step down. The SPLM/A boys who help bombed our arch enemies out of our country, were Dr. John Garang, General Daniel Awet Akot, Akuany Makoi, Mr. Mawut Lual dut, Aliar Mangar, Mr. William Nyuon Beny, Mr. Kerubino, Kuanyin Bol, Mr. Arok Thon Arok, Mr. Bol Akok, Mr. Martin Ayual, and some other South Sudanese were the ones, who helped bombed our cloned so-called Arabs of North Sudan and some of their creeps here in the region of IGAD and their then so-called *Organization of African Unity (OAU)*.

African Unity, the AU and the IGAD cowered like *goats being led into our Nile* and the vermins/parasites always think, they will always play our country and our people every ten (10) years. And hope that our country and our people would *be re-united with their low lives just like they did with their then *Eastern Germany and West Germany* and then go and *write their propagandized books that their *SO-CALLED ANGLO-AMERICA has PREVAILED*.

Lowly informed South Sudanese fools, game is over. Tong/war is here. WW3 is going to start here in South Sudan. We cannot live side by with *the evil white Americans, English people, their cloned so-called Arabs of North Sudan, Abeshas (so-called ethiopians) prostitutes, their evil juus (so-called israelis) attack dogs, some of their Bantuses, their UN, their sleazy NGOs and some of their creeps in between who have attached themselves to our country and over our people.

I am one of the boys who is going to help bomb these vermins/parasites out of our country and over our people. Pope Francis an evil piece of trash from Argentina is long since died and queen Elizabeth of the devil infested Island England is also dead.

Just let us bomb our enemies and be done with vermins/parasites and we would be alright.

Yes, I agree with general Awet Akot.
It is true that, the President Salva Kiir Mayardit is too weak and unfit to lead South Sudan nation. There are few people are pushing him to stay leading the country unfortunately, we will never see any improvement or changes to happen in South Sudan unless we have to speak up.

The people who are surrounded the President Salva Kiir Mayardit don’t cares about country and they don’t cares about others people suffering in the country but they looting money and puts them to Middle East countries so that when the situation is getting worse then, they will leave this country and problem they will enjoy some where in the world.

I am very excellent in observing things before the green grass get dry and I have no any doubt in my mind, Dr. Nhial Deng Nhial will repair the foreign policy. I am also a certain that, Nhial Deng will set up the government system he has studied and hold master degrees on law education. No one leader will stop war because it will take years and years to change the minds set in South Sudan but there is a good leader who will cooperate with the others world perhaps, this is why many people believe Dr. Nhial Deng Nhial is the most skills and experience person to lead South Sudan. I am very sorry for those people who wanted to keep President Salva Kiir Mayardit doing nothing and have nothing plans for our development. I think the President Salva Kiir must accepted handing his presidency to Dr. Nhial Deng Nhial and by the way, they have to see Omar al Bashir and his pew are in jail and others are gone . The SPLM party need someone to rebrand it and the SSPDF soldiers are immoral leave about the whole nation and its people wondering in 10 years.
