Kiir removes Deng Wal as his executive director, names replacement

The decree read out on the state-own South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation (SSBC) did not give reasons for the changes.
In another decree, Kiir appointed senior SPLM member in Northern Bahr el Ghazal State Kiir Yor Lual as the new executive director in the office of the president.
