John Agany, chairperson of the parliamentary committee for information and communication, said the lawmakers made the decision to summon ministers of trade & industry, investment, finance, and labour during a parliamentary sitting on Wednesday.
“Yesterday, the August House deliberated on a Motion of Public Importance, and we decided to summon those ministers because we want to understand from them the reasons why there is an unending economic crisis,” he said.
“They will also have to answer as to why the market is being dominated by foreigners. Our citizens needs jobs, but the foreigners are the one who are now controlling the market, even the works that should be done by our own citizens,” he added.
That is good move my lawmakers
Ask them why all the contracts including NGOs, Government and UN contracts are given to Foreigners who only invest and take the profit outside the country.
we need to act now or else, we are going to loose this Country.
Individual and tribal’s interests are destroying this Country.
Corrupt individuals should be in prisons, however, they are relieved today and stay in their houses, after six month they will be reappointed to the same or different positions, this is a sad thing, it is only encouraging a criminal to precede the previous criminality, this is a shame to a nation with so much resources, land for agriculture, fuel that only needs to be refined, and so many but still we show ourselves to the world as international beggers, begging for humanitarian reliefs that destroy the dignity of the people.
it is so sad that almigty creator blessed us with so much but denied us brain to utilize them.
