In a statement, deputy chair of Sudanese Congress Party and senior member of the Forces for Freedom & Change (FFC) Central Council Khaled Omer said that they have arrived in Addis Ababa today and will work with national, regional, and international actors to push for peace efforts.
“We arrived with a number of Sudanese civil actors to the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, which is witnessing important activities aimed at stopping the war in Sudan,” Khaled tweeted.
“During this visit, we are working to communicate with Sudanese, regional and international actors in order to accelerate peace efforts in our country,” he added.
The outspoken politician further emphasized that the “must stop, and we will spare no effort to actively contribute to achieving this goal as soon as possible.”
When Ethiopia was involved in a civil in the North, the Sudanese army and the prompt of Egypt attached at the border. Now they are coming to Ethiopia for peace and not Egypt? Thats kind of funny
