Ethiopia: Abiy Ahmed’s Choices – Negotiation or Calamity!
Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s dramatic move to recentralise governance in Ethiopia has an old and predictable logic to it. Eritrea’s leader Isias Afwerki has pushed for it as well.
